Can you touch your toes?
A stiff back and a lack of flexibility is a problem for many of us, especially as we get older. Many people think that not being able to touch your toes is a result of tightness from your hamstrings, but in truth it could be tightness that starts from your neck, down through your hips and butt, and all the way to your calves.
