Ingredients
• 1 cup plain yogurt (can substitute Greek yogurt if desired)
• 1/2 cup granola
• 1/2 cup of fresh fruit (pineapple, mango, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries)
• 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
1. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of yogurt into a large glass, and flatten.
2. Spoon 2 tablespoon of granola to cover the yogurt evenly. Flatten and smooth.
3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of your desired fruit on top, and flatten.
4. Drizzle 1/4 tablespoon of honey on top of the fruits, and repeat the process to form a 2nd layer.
