3. Select a program that fits your needs. The difference between these programs are the combination of workouts you’ll be doing on a daily basis.
30 Day: Jumpstart
New to fitness? Need to drop a waist size in only 30 days? This cardio only program is calling your name. No weights required.
Looking for a bigger change?
90day: Full Throttle Lean BT:This is the most cardio intensive program with three days of cardio, two days of light resistance, and two days of recovery per week.
90 Day: Full Throttle Toned BT:A heavier cardio program with the use of some resistance with three days of cardio, two days of heavier resistance, and two days of recovery per week.
90 Day: Full Throttle Mass BT: Resistance intensive program with three days of resistance, two days of cardio, and two days of recovery per week.
4. Go to the Calendar section of the website. Select your Program Calendar, and follow the workout links. Certain days may require more than a single workout to be completed.
If you are using the Body Breakthrough APP, your daily workouts will automatically appear on the top of your workouts section.
5. That’s it. Bring a towel and get ready to wipe off the sweat. Make sure to have fun, and don’t forget to take pictures as your body transforms!
As a member of Breakthrough TV, you’ll be able to see how many days you have remaining of the subscription under the Profile section.
